Payment Methods

• Credit and debit cards are only accepted on the web store.
• Non credit card orders are to be paid by a money order issued by Western Union or the US Postal Service.
• Your money order must include a copy of your order.
• Please send your money order to Barbara-Lynn Freed, P.O. Box 3181, Chapel Hill, NC 27515.
• We Do Not Accept COD (cash on delivery) payments.
• Please note: The charge for you order amount on your credit card statement will be from Barbara-Lynn Freed dba Heartways.

Shipping

• We will notify you via email when the package is shipped.
• Due to the nature of our products, we ONLY ship domestically (United States).
• NC customers must pay 7.75% sales tax.
• Shipping costs are as follows: $4.50 for orders under $25, $6.00 for orders $25-49, and $7.50 for orders $50 and over.
• We ship either first class mail or Priority Mail for most orders. For large orders we will ship UPS.
• We ship orders twice a week. You will be notified if we need to backorder an item and the approximate time of shipment.

Returns

• Satisfaction Guaranteed
• Product dissatisfaction, shipping errors, or damage in shipping must be reported within 10 business days. We will refund your money for the product in question, (minus the original shipping charge), however, you must pay for the return shipping. If a shipping error occurs, we will pay for return shipping and ship out the correct item immediately. If an item is damaged in shipping, please email us with details and we will send out another shipment.
